  1. In light of quarantine restrictions and other logistical matters, the conduct of admission exam will be waived for 1st Semester, AY 2022-2023. However, the grades of applicants shall still be evaluated according to the admission policy of the University and SHS strand/track shall still be implemented based on the Revised Policy on Admission & Retention for Undergraduate Programs – BOR Resolution No. 52 s. 2018.
  2. To minimize exposure to COVID 19 virus, all application forms and required documents shall be submitted online for the whole CvSU System.

Procedure for Submission of Requirements:

A. Applicants for Main Campus, Bacoor, Carmona, Cavite City, General Trias, Imus, Naic, Silang, and Tanza Campuses shall fill out the application form through this link:

Applicants for Rosario (CCAT) Campus shall use this link:

Applicants for Trece Martires Campus shall use this link:

B. For Main Campus, Bacoor, Carmona, Cavite City, Rosario (CCAT), General Trias, Imus, Naic, Silang, and Tanza Campuses – After downloading the application form, applicants should accomplish the form, affix their signature, and attach 1×1 ID picture.

For Trece Martires Campus – Instead of downloading and printing the admission form, the applicant shall write their name in print and signature above it.

 

C. The following are the required documents/credentials that must be submitted online:

Filipino Applicants-ÌýFirst Year Applicants (SHS graduate but not yet enrolled to any college/university)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Copy of completed Grade 12 report card duly signed by their School Administrator/Principal/Adviser, with indication of the strand of the student

Filipino Applicants-ÌýFirst Year Applicants (graduating SHS students)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • First semester grades (1st or 2nd grading period) in the copy of Grade 12 report card or Certificate of Grades duly signed by their School Administrator/Principal/Adviser, with indication of the strand of the student

Filipino Applicants-ÌýFirst Year Applicants (ALS passers)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Certificate of rating

Filipino Applicants-ÌýTransferees (Those who started college level from other university/school)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
  • Other required documents such as Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Good Moral Character, NBI or Police Clearance shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation of the College/Campus concerned

Filipino Applicants-ÌýSecond Course Applicants (Those who finished a two-year program or four-year degree program)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
  • Other required documents such as Honorable Dismissal shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation of the College/Campus concerned

Filipino Applicants-ÌýTeacher Certificate Program (TCP) Applicants (Those who finished a degree program)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Copy of Transcript of records (TOR)

Foreign Student Applicants – New Student (For Main Campus)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Copy of completed Report Card from the High School

Foreign Student Applicants – Transferee/2nd courser (For Main Campus)

  • Accomplished Application Form for Admission
  • Copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
  • Other required documents such as Transfer Credentials, Student Visa/Permit, duly authenticated affidavit of financial support, police clearance shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation of the College/Campus concerned
